There are parts of you that don't need fixing.
They need more room
Coaching for adults with ADHD. Not another system or productivity hack, but deeper work on what's driving the overwhelm, shame, and burnout.

I'm Anna Balobanova, ADHD and executive function coach.
Social psychology taught me that a lot of what we call personality is really a response to circumstances. But that's rarely how it feels from the inside. We end up convinced that we're the problem, and get exhausted from trying to fix ourselves.
Here, we question that narrative. Rather than focusing on fixing, we start with what truly belongs to you: your beliefs, your values, and the strengths you overlook because they feel natural. The goal is not to force yourself to keep up. It's to trust yourself again.
M.A. in Social Psychology
If you have ADHD, or suspect you might, a lot of this will be familiar. You forget things, feel irritable, or get distracted easily. Projects stay unfinished, deadlines pass, and you find yourself rushing at the last minute. Then comes the shame and the frustrated 'why can't I just do it?'
Often, what you're offered is yet another system. A new app, a planner, a tracker. For a week or two it helps. Then it doesn't, and you feel like a failure.
The more you rely on structures you didn't design, the more it undermines your self-trust. So you push harder: stricter rules, tighter schedules, more self-criticism. One costly cycle.
That cycle never asks who you are, only how to manage you. Yes, ADHD is a neurotype, with real differences between the ADHD brain and the neurotypical one. But we can't be reduced to brain functions, and we're more than dopamine graphs.
So I use it as information, then widen out to the whole person: what matters, what hurts, what helps, where you are right now. And we build on what you're already good at, not on what's hard.
What we
might work with
These are some of the patterns that come up most often.
shame as discipline
people-pleasing
rejection sensitivity
responsibility that feels like captivity
perfectionism
masking
not knowing what you want
the fear that what you love will become another obligation
In their words
Anna is a synonym of empathy. She can surround me with a cloud of compassion and understanding so that even my reserved personality can open up and show up as an authentic self. The depth of Anna's questioning brings the depth of the insights in our work.
Anna helped me understand the causes of my fears and get rid of most of them (they literally burst like a soap bubble). Thanks to her, I realized exactly what I want. I would especially like to note the comfort of communication with Anna, the confidential atmosphere and her involvement in the process. I am extremely grateful for such an amazing result.

You can start the work straight away. Or, if you'd rather get a feel for the room first, there's a free 20-minute call.
Mapping Session
In this single session, we work together to understand what might be holding you back. With the Immunity to Change framework, developed by Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey at Harvard, we lay out the change you want, what's quietly working against it, and the beliefs underneath. You leave with a map of your pattern and a clear next step.
Take it on its own, or use it to see how we work before continuing.

3-Session Package
Three sessions over six weeks. Enough to start changing one pattern, not just notice it. We map what drives it, test an assumption that feels like a fact, and adjust between sessions. You find what really shifts the pattern, and how to make the change last.
- Length
- 50 min sessions

10-Session Package
Ten sessions over three months, for deeper change. Beyond mapping a pattern and shifting it, this is where you build a stronger foundation: learning to listen to yourself, to second-guess less, and to recognize your strengths. You also look at the beliefs that have guided you and ask whether they still need to be in charge.
